Originally brewed for GABS in 2020 as a nod to our incredibly successful Golden Stout Time. This version of our beloved dessert beer is a bigger, bolder and boozier version.

Malts: Pale, Rolled Oats, Dark Crystal, Roasted Wheat, Dark Chocolate, Roasted Barley, Biscuit
Hops: Kettle: Flex (bittering)
Yeast: US-05
Additions: Toffee and honeycomb flavour
Appearance: Black opaque with tight brown foam
Aroma and Flavour: Lucious Chocolate, coffee, caramel, toffee, sweet baked biscuits overlayed with toffee and honeycomb
Mouthfeel: decadently sweet with a roasty richness, smooth warming alcohol and low bitterness
Pair it with: A good high quality vanilla ice cream or after dinner as a stand-alone dessert.
