Fresh IPA, a rolling, ever changing, monthly series of one offs, brewed in small batches and available only from our brewery outlets and only while stocks last. Each batch is an opportunity to try a new brewery fresh IPA, unfiltered and unfined, showcasing a unique combination of yeast, malt and hops. Just fun, fresh hoppy beer at its best.
Brewed with one of our favourite blends of light lager, oats and chit, FRESH September pours with glorious light gold haze and soft mouthfeel. We’re using El Dorado Lupomax for the first time in this brew. These concentrated lupulin pellets give a great smooth hop character, without the harsh astringent notes that plant material can produce. Alongside this El Dorado, we’ve loaded FRESH Sept with hand selected Mosaic and Strata. The result is bright pineapple, mango and lemon peel aroma, followed up with a flavour that’s like drinking fresh crushed pineapple juice through a mouthful of yellow and orange skittles. It’s a fun, bright citrus and tropical candy explosion, perfect for seeing in the start of Spring.
