Splat Hazy IPA embodies this attitude with a collision of old and new world approaches to create Helios & Spotty Dog's second collab beer of 2024. A typical Belgian Wit base was charged with Bitter Orange, zesty Motueka and Eclipse hops, and literal bucket loads of blood orange juice. The resulting Splat Hazy IPA may blur stylistic lines but rest assured it's a one-way ticket to juice town!
