Hop Nation Lapin Cherry Sour 2020


In December 2020 we added 1,000kg of organically grown Victorian Lapin cherries to our 70 year old port foedre. We added a one year old sour blonde, made using our house mixed culture. This beer then re-fermented on the cherries for four months. The resulting beer is a vibrant, bracing sour with distinctive aromas of cherry and citrus.
