Mountain Culture Nerves Of Steel - Macrodosed Triple WCIPA


In the spirit of trying new things, we are experimenting with an innovative technique in this WCIIIPA that we've termed “Macrodosing”. For this technique, we strip the beer of all yeast and whirlpool hop residue using our state-of-the-art centrifuge before returning the beer back to the fermenter in order to load it up with the entire dry hop bill in one KO hit. We've used a single mammoth hop addition that is a combination of Idaho-7, Simcoe, Cryo Columbus and Citra. The result is an explosion of sparkling citrus flavours and floral aromatics that are complemented by dank resin, subtle caramel sweetness and an assertive hop bitterness.
