The long icy winters of Koroit force us to think up interesting ways to combat the cold. This Baltic porter is a perfect example. Armed with some spent cacao husks from mork and malted wattleseed, we cold fermented and cold lagered the porter before chucking it into one of our Koroit Whisky barrels to age a little. It’s toasty, nutty and big.
