Here at Shapeshifter we’re always up to try something new. We recently had a lightbulb moment - we love our the yeast strain that we use in our Nordic Hazy IPA, how would that go in an oat cream?
The answer is this beer! Fermented hot and fast, this Norwegian yeast expresses itself with intense pineapple and tropical fruit notes.
The addition of BRU-1 only amplifies the pineapple, with Sabro giving even more tropical and El Dorado coming in swinging with the perfect mixture of the two.
ABV: 7.4% IBU: 5
Malt: German Pilsner, Maris Otter, Wheat, Rolled Oats
Hops: El Dorado, BRU-1, Sabro
Yeast: A44 Kveiking
