A much anticipated release since our first Feijoa Saison, kegs only, in 2021. Feijoa from countless front yards in Bathurst make their way to us every winter. The fruit is fermented in our house saison before pressing and barrel aging 8 months. Blended with younger beer, ageing on carbonic macerated fruit, before bottling.
Very refreshing, drinkability is high, fruit is subtle but clear within a balanced acid profile. A cult beer around town.
