Topdown is a brand new NEIPA with a base of NZ malted barley, oats, and spelt then double-dry hopped with Eggers Farm Riwaka, Citra-Cryo®, and YQH-1320 (Elani®)– A trial hop out Yakima Quality Hops in the US that highlights a sweet-fruit and citrus character. With the top down this summer, expect a citrus-forward IPA with a pronounced hop character and a slightly drier but quenching finish.
