This is the beer our Beerfarm regulars look forward to as the cooler months close in. A rich and rounded milk stout with all the bitter chocolate and coffee flavours you’d expect. We’ve added milk sugar (lactose) to give it a velvety texture and probably a few more hops than usual in the style; a forgivable sin surely.
ABV - 5.5%
Malt – Pilsner Malt, Pale Chocolate, Roasted Barley, Rolled Barley
Hops – Magnum, US Cascade
Hop bitterness – Moderate ( 20 IBU)
Hop aroma –Low (1g/L)
Colour – Stout ( 57 EBC)
Drinkability – Moderate
