When Jesse, aka the Buttery Dolphin came to help out on the brewhouse we knew we had to make something verrry hoppy. Now we know how much Jesse drinks with his eyes first so we made sure to ferment this with our house hazy strain as well as some of the most haze positive hops we could get our hands on. Heavy on hand selected Motueka, then Galaxy and Nelson. This is by far our hoppiest IPA to date. Enjoy!
