This modern DDH IPA was brewed with our Cali Besties Alvarado Street Brewery. When Biggie and Nicole came to visit we knew we had to brew a beer together! This thing is no joke! Brewed with Pilsner malt and fermented with lager yeast, creating a very clean canvas to let the massive hop additions shine! On the hot side we layered it heavily with Mosaic and Mosaic Dynaboost in the boil and whirlpool. Then we double dry hopped it with Citra and Nelson. This is a very hop saturated IPA where flavour and aroma are front and center. Dank blueberry, fresh citrus and juicy stone fruit.
