• Lime green in odour with vibrant white gold hues.

• Lifted fruit aromas of stonefruit and freshly cut pineapple. This is supported by nuances of vanilla bean and a slight nuttiness and cheesiness.

• The palate is generous, rounded, soft and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of white peach and nectarine with hints of grapefruit. The mid palate is broad with soft toasty oak flavour. The back palate is long, dry and soft.

• Sunday roast chicken, pan seared barramundi fillet with asparagus, baked camembert with cranberry sauce.
