We’ve been planning our single hop series for a while now. To kick off the journey we sourced one of the true premier Australian hops: Galaxy.
Renowned for its aroma, Galaxy delivers intense passionfruit, peach, and a cool blast of clean citrus on the nose. Galaxy is a fruit salad of an IPA with juicy tropical fruit flavours and a subtle citrus undertone.
