With our co-founder Laura hailing from the Lone Star state and a planned trip back home it was obvious we had to do a collab with one of the best breweries out there - Celestial Beerworks! After visiting Celestial to drink the best haze in Dallas on several trips in the past we are stoked to collaborate with them on this big and juicy DDH DIPA. We really ran with the 'everything's bigger in Texas' saying and absolutely loaded this one up with Freestyle T-90 and Hop Kief! You might have noticed by now that we love Nelson at Future and Celestial use a lot of Rakau so we put the two together which has turned out to be a banging blend! We're getting peach, mango and apricot along with pink grapefruit, lime and Sauv Blanc.
