Introducing 45° South Hazy IPA - our very first hazy IPA, and (just quietly) we’re pretty stoked with how it’s turned out!
We’ve brewed this one as a tribute to New Zealand, using hops sourced from the southernmost hop garden in the world. Our mates at @garstonhops grow some of the finest hops down at “latitude 45° South”, giving this brew its distinct microclimate-driven flavours.
Expect a fruit salad explosion with tropical & pine hop aromas and a full, smooth mouthfeel. We’ve built a solid base of barley, wheat & oats to carry the rockstars of this beer: a handpicked trio of NZ Rakau, Mouteka & Nelson Sauvin hops.
