This one’s built to stand out—our Red IPA layers specialty malts, a touch of rye, and a bold dose of Dark Voodoo for depth and colour, with Honey Malt adding a hint of sweet biscuit to round it out.
Bittered clean with Magnum, then loaded with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe in the boil and whirlpool for hits of citrus, pine, and a touch of tropical fruit. A subtle dry hop brings just enough aroma without stealing the malt’s thunder.
