We’ve become big fans of NZ’s Freestyle Hops and this Hazy uses a dose of Peacharine T90 hops pellets as well as Peacharine Hop Oil. The combo delivers a super clean and bright hop flavour and aroma. The malt bill is slightly updated with just a smidgen of caramalt to improve mouthfeel and add malt sweetness.
