  • Vibrant ruby red in colour with black olive and crimson hues.
  • Lifted, perfumed and aromatic. The upfront fruit aromas are of boysenberry jam. This is supported by herbal nuances of mixed dried herbs of lavender, rosemary and basil. There are also wafts of cedar and wood smoke.
  • The palate displays ripe, juicy, black fruit flavours of blackcurrant and mulberry. The mid palate is juicy with aniseed and dark chocolate flavours. The back palate is dry yet soft with firm and persistent tannins.
