Generous amounts of US Cascade, Mosaic and Simcoe, bombed into the whirlpool and a big ol’ single dry hop at the end of fermentation – this beer wafts off notes of floral citrus, pine, with a touch of bubblegum. Perfectly balanced on a bright malt base utilising Crystal and Vienna malts.
