Double Rip is a brand new (and our first ever) Double Red IPA that we've loaded with Mosaic and Galaxy. We've layered this malt bill with a delicate blend of malts to bring about the gorgeous deep amber colour, that pours with a perfect clarity and a whippy off white foam. On the nose expect plenty of toffee and caramel before hits of citrus and light pine come through. Take a sip and you'll be met with a bold and rich flavour profile that balances bitterness, malt profile and a rich hoppiness. Toasted rye bread and caramel upfront lead to a citrus driven hop profile that features candied orange zest, along with some deep berry notes and a hint of grapefruit bitterness leaning in. The finish is rich and toasty, with a lasting bitterness and warmth that's crisp and reminds you this beer is indeed 8.8%. Give it a rip.
